Belltaine City is a city that had both prospered and declined due to the coal mines, located in Midseashire of the Loen Kingdom.
During the World War, it was was a strategic node in the Feysac Empire invasion. They did a joint naval-land operation and conquered Loen’s second biggest city—Constant City, the capital of Midseashire. Then, they made their way southeast, rendezvousing with the Intis troops in the greater area of Backlund.

When Larrion, the chief shepherd of the Church of the God of Combat, escaped from the church with the Sealed Artifact 0-02. Arianna tracking after him to the Belltaine City. Under the Law of Convergence, Klein ended up enter the Belltaine City.
With the power of 0-02, few rules in the city have been replaced: making no one can leave the city, outsiders be hunted and even ordinary people being able to kill an angel.
Klein worked with Arianna to create rule loopholes to seal the 0-02 and resolved a paranormal activities in the city.
