The Celestial Thearch is a powerful figure of the Western Continent who follows the Dao System. "He" holds authority over The Anarchy group and is connected to respective Sefirah, the Nation of Disorder.

Appearance

An incredibly enormous imperial figure, crowned with a tall oriental crown of an emperor. "His" face was masked by strings of jade, and beneath the jade strings seemed to be nothing, a void.

History

During Project Vortex, Emperor Roselle, who had become the true Black Emperor and deeply corrupted by the Uncertain Mist, used the Magic Wishing Lamp and the Genie inside it as a medium to damage the Uncertain Mist with Amon's help. During the process, "His" consciousness arrived at the Nation of Disorder and met the Celestial Thearch. Roselle called "Him" "Imperial brother" and asked for "His" help. The Celestial Thearch complied and sent the Nation of Disorder corruption into Roselle, making "Him" increasingly similar to the Uncertain Mist mystically.

Before The Apocalypse, the Celestial Master, the Underworld Daoist, the Holy Monk, the Master of the Shadow Cottage, and the Celestial Thearch joined force to aid Lumian Lee fighting against the Malevolent Dragon in the City of Calamity. Since beings of "His" level could not directly intervene, "They" used preexisting seals to restrict and weaken the Malevolent Dragon.

When the fight against the Outer Deities first started, Klein Moretti, Adam, and Bernadette Gustav sent the Black Emperor and Justiciar Uniquenesses and 1 Sequence 1 characteristic each to the Celestial Thearch. Since the Nation of Disorder's consciousness is interwoven with too many external spirits, even with all the components, it cannot undergo a fundamental transformation, and might take decades or centuries for a new, unified consciousness to emerge, enabling The Anarchy to truly manifest in reality. For now, the Nation of Disorder can only be enhanced to a state close to that of a Great Old One, allowing it to play a role in the upcoming battle.

After the Celestial Thearch finished "His" preparation, "He" proclaimed "The Three Realms and Six Paths shall unite as one!", and caused all dimensions to become interconnected, preventing dimension manipulation by the High-Dimensional Overseer.
