Celt is a demigod of the Justiciar Pathway and an agent of MI9 in Backlund.

Appearance

A handsome man with black hair and golden eyes. He looked to be in his forties. He was dressed in a well-ironed suit, looking mature and elegant.

History

Volume 2: Faceless

Celt appeared after the commotion at Capim's villa where he witnessed the Hero Bandit Black Emperor.

Volume 4: Undying

He was in charge of setting up a trap for the Rose School of Thought with the Tutanssess II mummy at Pritz Harbor along with Georgina Augustus. Klein then stole the mummy before their eyes.

Volume 6: Lightseeker

He, along with the archbishops of the three major churches came to investigate the collapsed forest where the demigod level battle which claimed Botis' life occurred only to see the Hermit card on the ground .
