At the start of the story it was one of the 7 Orthodox Churches. This organization is in control of the Twilight Giant Pathway.

The Moon City was situated in the eastern region of the Forsaken Land of the Gods. At a distance to the east of the city, there is a gray fog covering the sky and the earth, like invisible barriers that prevent any living creature from passing through. Behind the gray fog is the sealed Western Continent.
