Darkwill is a sequence 8 Beyonder of the Moon Pathway and a member of the Life School of Thought. He is Roy King's disciple. He owns a Beyonder owl of Visionary Pathway named 'Mr. Harry'.
Appearance[]
He was in his thirties, with black short hair and brown eyes. His face was round and his body chubby.
Personality[]
Darkwill likes to criticize people and enjoys using sarcasm in his conversations.
It is noted that Darkwill's reason for why he chose to become an Apothecary was he wanted to make medicines that would prolong his life.[1] Like some nobles, Darkwill is obsessed with the usage of Mummy powder.
History[]
Volume 1: Clown[]
Darkwill first appeared in Volume 1, when Klein heard his name as a good apothecary which made Klein suspect him of being a Beyonder.
He opened the herb store named 'Lawson’s Folk Herb Store' in the East Borough, Tingen City.
After the sixteenth customer that came to the store because of his fame, he was afraid to noticed by an official Beyonder, and then decided to close his store before heading to other cities. He left the store to Scharmaine, with the condition the latter has to deposit half of his monthly profits into Darkwill's anonymous Backlund Bank account.[2]
Volume 2: Faceless[]
Klein first met Darkwill at the gatherings held by Old Mister Eye of Wisdom in Backlund[3] and later had recognized him at a circus when he acts as the Beast Tamer.[4]
Volume 3: Traveler[]
When Klein was acting with Gehrman Sparrow's identity, he met him again at his tiny herb store near the Red Theater in Bayam[5]. Darkwill entrusted Gerhman Sparrow, along with dozens of adventurers, a task to find Roy King, his teacher's location for 100 pounds. Afterwards, Klein learned for the first time Darkwill's name through Will Auceptin in a dream.[6]
When Darkwill learned that Roy King was arrested, he remembers that his teacher often likes to give hints in things that seem to be normal and ordinary matters. After looking through his teacher's latest letter, he found out that the hint refers to a Die[7], unknowingly to him, the die was the Die of Probability. Roy King entrusted Darkwill to carefully bring the die to Oravi Island and hand it to Ricciardo, Roy King's teacher.
However, because of an accident, the Die of Probability broke away from the seal before that. Darkwill decided to hires Gehrman Sparrow as a bodyguard escort and protect him from its influences as he traveled to deliver it to Oravi Island.
