Destined Madness is a Grade 0 Sealed Artifact. It corresponds to Sequence 2, Sage of the Hermit Pathway.
Appearance[]
It has the appearance of a long-necked silver flask. The surface of this flask is covered in dense bumps, each with a deep crack, within which countless black and white eyes slowly rotated.[1]
History[]
The characteristic is originated from one of the founding members of Moses Ascetic Order who had a bizarre death. This characteristic often changes form, altering between a Sealed Artifact and being accommodated by Angels from Moses Ascetic Order. All three Angels who used this characteristic to advance went mad and died or became monsters. Because of this, the characteristic has been taking on a form of a Sealed Artifact for the last thousand years.[1]
After Hunting Hidden Sage, the Church of the Evernight Goddess chose Destined Madness as a spoil of war because it conceals a secret that needs to be excavated.[2] After obtaining this Sealed Artifact, the Evernight Goddess fully understood the Eternal Blazing Sun's anomalies.[3]
