Emerald City is the hidden palace of Queen Mystic Bernadette Gustav in the Fog Sea.
It is located on La Cha Island, hidden deep in the Fog Sea. To enter this palace, one needs to recite the passage "Open Sesame" in Jotun. It has magical guards that require visitors to answer their questions and tests.
Appearance[]
The entrance of Emerald City in the Fog Sea is a mountain peak with an empty cliff on it. Upon saying the keyword, an illusory but real path will appear on the cliff, leading to the city.
On the inside is a sapphire-like clear sea, and on it, a beautiful castle made of pure emerald.[1]
Trivia[]
- Emerald City is a reference to the capital city of the fictional Land of Oz from the Oz books written by L. Frank Baum. The books generally describe the city as being built of green glass, emeralds, and other jewels.
- "Open Sesame" is a reference to the magical phrase in the story Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. It opens the mouth of a cave in which forty thieves have hidden a treasure.
