The Fantasy Association is an organization which follows the High-Dimensional Overseer, the Outer Deity holding authority over the Sublunary Eye Pathway.
The organization participated in Project Vortex, creating a painting called the Endless Cosmos, which allowed the Inextinguishable Ravings and the Circle of Inevitability to transmit a bit of their power through the barrier to Earth.[1] It was led by Sage, a Saint of the Sublunary Eye Pathway.[2]
