In the First Epoch where chaos and madness reigned, some humans fused with the Beyonder characteristics, mutating into cruel, irrational, and bloodthirsty giants?

The History Passed Down[]

The Orthodox Churches said about the Myth of Creation in their bibles:

“The Creator awoke from Chaos and shattered the darkness, creating the first ray of light. He then fused himself completely into the universe and made up all of existence. His body became the land and stars. One of his eyes became the sun, while the other became the crimson moon. Some of his blood rushed into the seas and rivers, nourishing and nurturing lives.

“His lungs turned into the elves; His heart turned into the giants; His liver turned into the treants; His brain turned into the dragons; His kidneys turned into the feather serpents; His hair turned into the phoenixes; His ears turned into the demonic wolves; His mouth and teeth turned into the mutants, and His remaining bodily fluids turned into the sea monsters, of which the essence was Naga. His stomach, His small and large intestines, and the evil parts of His body turned into devils, evil spirits and various kinds of unknown maleficent existences. His spirit became the Eternal Blazing Sun, the Lord of the Storms, and the God of Knowledge and Wisdom.

“His wisdom gave birth to humanity. That was the first Epoch, the Chaos Epoch.”

Lord of Mysteries, Chapter 18

The City of Silver's myth of creation also mentioned the Original Creator, who created everything and fell asleep.[1] This was similar to the lore of the Creator Roselle Gustav mentioned in his diary.[2]

"He said that when humans were first born, the ones that rules the skies, land, and sea were all sorts of crazy, bloodthirsty monsters. They were said to be the origins of the later species: dragons, giants, and elves.

"These monsters freely indulged in their desires, occupying all kinds of places. It appeared that it wouldn't take long before they destroyed the entire world. At this moment, it was the Creator who had awoken. 'He' retrieved the special traits and powers that they had been blessed with, and had bestowed it to the humans.

"After that, 'He' returned to his slumber, leaving behind a prophecy:

"When madness, cruelty, greed, indulgence, coldness, and bloodthirstiness drowns the land once again, 'He' would awaken and retrieve everything.

The Sprouting Era (Elf Chronicle)[]

The beginning was dark, chaotic, and filled with madness until Beyonder races eventually gained some rationality. The sky, land, sea, and underground world began to form order. This time lasted for countless years, and no record was left due to the early races not having a writing system.

The origin of the human-like races: giants, sanguines, and elves were humans who consumed Beyonder characteristics directly, and the non-human races were formed likewise.[3]

The current Seven Lights were born from the Spirit World in this epoch.[4]

True History[]

The Lost Era (0 – 564)[5][]

A period deliberately erased from history. The Original Creator awakened, and "His" kin emerged from oil wells, volcanic depths, and oceanic trenches.

The Original Creator fully awakened, leading to the destruction of most of humanity and the onset of apocalypse. At this critical moment, the Original Creator—utterly chaotic and mad—fractured internally, splitting and self-destructing, saving humanity in the process. "He" split into six Sefirot, sixteen Uniquenesses, and countless Beyonder Characteristics.[4][6] "His" fragmentation also drew in the Sefirot from Great Old Ones like the Mother Goddess of Depravity from the depths of the cosmos. "Their" Sefirot were each torn in half, with one half being drawn to the site of the Original Creator's self-destruction on Earth along with "Their" corresponding Uniquenesses and Beyonder characteristics. At the beginning, the two halves of "Their" Sefirot were incomplete, but the Sefirot have the ability to mend themselves and self-complete.[7][8][9]

Other Outer Deities like the Circle of Inevitability also suffered from the convergence force, causing "Them" great suffering. But since "They" are not direct offspring of the Original Creator but rather, the offspring of the union between the Original Creator and the Mother Goddess of Depravity, "They" managed to prevent "Their" Sefirot from being forcibly extracted or split.[10]

The various Beyonder Characteristics were acquired by humans, animals, and surviving creatures, resulting in various mutations such as giants, elves, demons, dragons, feathered serpents, orcs, naga, sea monsters, and wraiths.

The Original Creator split into the Primordial God Almighty and the Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth for Blessings, who broke and dispersed the wills within the other Sefirot (excluding the Brood Hive and the Key of Light), making those wills take a very long time to recover and awaken again.[11][12]

This made "Them" exceed the limit of the Pillar - the highest level of stability one can achieve - and made "Their" inclination to converge more intense, making it impossible for "Them" to control "Themselves", and began taking actions against each other.[4]

This marked the end of the Lost Era. Their overwhelming power kept the Outer Deities at bay, forcing them to observe Earth from afar. During this era, the Primordial God Almighty served as the sun.

Year of Destruction (564–566)[5][]

The Son of Chaos, who either followed "His" torn Sefirah or used "His" symbolism to project "His" main consciousness inside to try to reclaim the torn Sefirah, ultimately, "His" main consciousness was either defeated or deceived by the Celestial Worthy and sealed within the Magic Wishing Lamp.

What remained of "Him" in the Cosmos became known as the Uncertain Mist, with some consciousness.

Foreseeing parts of the future, the Primordial God Almighty and the Brood Hive gave birth to Omebella and Zedus, making certain arrangements. The Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth for Blessings and the Primordial God Almighty engaged in full-scale war, extinguishing the "sun" and plunging the world into darkness.

War in Heaven[]

During this time, the Celestial Worthy and the Primordial God Almighty accommodated additional Sefirot through "Their" own methods. However, after absorbing the first additional Sefirah, "They" lost control over "Their" instinct to converge.

No one, not even the Seven Lights of the Spirit World, knows the exact situation of the battle between the Primordial God Almighty and the Celestial Worthy. After the battle, both Pillars perished. The Primordial God Almighty ripped off the Uniqueness of the Error Pathway from the Celestial Worthy, and "His" corpse formed the First Blasphemy Slate in the Chaos Sea with the Error Uniqueness next to it; while the Celestial Worthy sealed all Sefirot apart from the Sefirah Castle and the Chaos Sea to the Western Continent.[4][9][14]

The Western Continent became isolated from the outside world. Before the seal, the Elves left the Western Continent and were never able to return.

The Age of Slaughter (567–981)[5][]

After the War in Heaven, the world slowly recovered. The various Beyonder races, once suppressed by the two Pillars, lost their restraints. Driven by madness and the instinct to converge, they fought against the kins of chaos and each other, staining the land and seas with blood.

Omebella, the eldest daughter of the Brood Hive and a divine child of the Mother Pathway, was driven by maternal instinct to end the chaos.

Alone, she was insufficient. Zedus, indifferent, sought only the body bearing the Moon Pathway's Uniqueness, aiming to ascend through the blessings the Brood Hive granted across the barrier. Eventually, Omebella discovered Aurmir, who guarded his parents' remains amid the madness, and was moved to help him regain some rationality.

Zedus' death and the birth of Aurmir, the first Ancient God, marked the end of the First Epoch—the rise of a true deity not born of the Original Creator. The barrier's countdown began at this moment.
