The Flower of Blood is a Sealed Artifact with powers equivalent to the Hanged Man Pathway's Sequence 6, Rose Bishop.

It looks like a gold ring with an inlaid ruby.
History[]
Originally in the possession of Mr. X, the Flower of Blood was taken by Klein after killing Mr. X. Because of the debilitating downside, Klein decided not to personally use it, but rather to have his marionette Admiral of Blood Senor use it instead.[1]
Klein once wore the Flower of Blood to regenerate his body when he using the marionette Enzo's eye to look on himself. He then made the marionette Enzo wear Flower of Blood.[2]

The ring was lost together with the marionette during the George III's Apotheosis Ritual.

It gives the user access to flesh and blood magic, including regeneration. As long as the user does not immediately die, he can regenerate from major wounds.[1]
Downside[]
The user will randomly lose thinking and reasoning ability. Instead, the user will act instinctively during such times. As Klein noticed losing rationale isn't losing reason. It wouldn't be as bad as suddenly hurting others. But clearly, the wearer would be very rigid and foolish, acting only on instinct.[1]
