Framis Cage was the steam power mogul. He was the largest shareholder in the established Backlund Bike Company.

A quarter of his blood was of the Feysac Empire, and he had pale blue eyes and a tall, but bulging build.
History[]
When Sherlock Moriarty was playing cards at the Quelaag Club, he had mentioned about his investment in the bicycle, and Talim Dumont immediately mentioned that Framis liked similar inventions, offering to introduce them to each other.
Framis was interested in the bicycle's project. He had relied on a lawyer, Pacheco Dwayne who suspected to be a Beyonder of the Black Emperor Pathway and had bought the 18% shares from Sherlock Moriarty at a cheap price.[1]
He was also a friend of Qonas Kilgor and was guest at Dwayne's manor in outskirts of Backlund.[2]
He was mentioned in An Ordinary Person's Daily Life that he passed away in the 1350 World War.[3]
