He was a good-looking mixed-blood. He had long hair that reached his shoulders, and his eyes were a little red, as though he didn’t fully acquire the eyes of a Sanguine.[1]

Galis Kevin was on a list Primordial Moon believers to be hunted down issued by the Sanguine.[2][3]
Via information acquired from Ian Wright, Emlyn White located Galis Kevin and killed him, along with Argos, another Primordial Moon believer.[4][5]
