Sequence 9: Secrets Suppliant[]
- New Abilities
- Knowledge (Mysticism): Secrets Suppliants are bestowed with a decent amount of knowledge regarding sacrifices and some knowledge on Ritualistic Magic.[1][2]
- There are some honorific names included in the potion's knowledge, but they're all secret entities with sinister names that includes elements like "depravity", "true kin", or the "gaze of fate".[2]
- High Spirituality: Secrets Suppliants have a high spiritual sense which they can use it to detect some mysterious and horrible existences.[1]
- Ritualistic Magic and Divination Arts: They can use their strong Spirituality to perform Divination and Ritualistic Magic, but it's not as accurate as pathways that specialize in this field.[3]
- Their High Spirituality also allows them to detect auras of relatively powerful Beyonders (provided that those Beyonders did not conceal their aura beforehand).[3]
Sequence 8: Listener (Whispered)[]
Description
Nighthawk files state that every Listener is a lunatic - even if they look normal on the surface, they are always crazy on the inside. The files also state that it was difficult for Listeners to survive the next five years after taking the potion if they were unable to advance, because they frequently came into contact with powerful, distorted entities.[1]
- New Abilities
- Listen: Every Listener can listen directly into the whispers of the secret entities; thus, they frequently come into contact with information from powerful, distorted, and unique entities.[1]
- At this stage, this Beyonder power is always active (in a passive state). At later Sequences, they can choose whether or not to proactively use it.[4]
Sequence 7: Shadow Ascetic[]

- Shadow Manipulation: A Shadow Ascetic gains a preliminary control and grasp over Shadows
- Shadow Servant: They can summon a Shadow Servant that has a few special abilities.
- Shadow Lurking: Shadow Ascetics can Conceal themselves in larger Shadows.[5][6][7]
- In a Shadow Ascetic's visual perception, their surroundings will appear grayish-black and transparent with the surrounding area being blurred.
- All the sounds a Shadow Ascetic will hear in this Concealed state will seem to come from the empty depths of the starry sky, empty and distant.
- This state would occasionally evoke the sensation of being watched by the darkness to the targets a Shadow Ascetic looks at.
- Shadow Binding: They can bring the Shadows to life to restrain targets to some extent.
Sequence 6: Rose Bishop (Rose Priest)[]
- New Abilities
- Every Rose Bishop is an expert when it comes to using abilities in the Flesh and Blood Domain.[8][9]
- Flesh Creek; They can enter into the stomach of another similarly sized creature, hiding within it without killing the host. To be better Concealed, they can integrate with the host's body.
- However, integrating with the host's body will kill them once the Rose Bishop leaves their body.
- Flesh Bomb: A Rose Bishop is able to plant Flesh Bombs on other creatures of Flesh and Blood, or throw their own Flesh as explosives, which will explode into a rain of corrosive Blood.
- Flesh Softening: They can soften blows on their body as though they were boneless piles of rotten Flesh. Even gunshots would only sink into their body, failing to do damage.[10]
- Regeneration: They can heal from and fully restore entire lost limbs. Even seemingly fatal wounds to the Rose Bishop's head or heart are not necessarily fatal.[10][11]
- Body Hiding: A Rose Bishop is able to wrap a corpse up within their body by consuming it with their Flesh and Blood to clear a crime scene quickly.[12]
- Flesh Cloak: A Rose Bishop can create cloaks of sticky Flesh (either procured from them or others) that can reduce magic and spirit damage.
- Flesh Creek; They can enter into the stomach of another similarly sized creature, hiding within it without killing the host. To be better Concealed, they can integrate with the host's body.
- By consuming Flesh and Blood, they can recharge their abilities within the Flesh and Blood Domain and also reduce the risk of losing control after being injured.[10]
Sequence 5: Shepherd[]
- New Abilities
- Grazing: Shepherds can swallow a target's Soul and Beyonder Characteristics or Boon powers into their body, including Wraiths and Evil Spirits, and use those Beyonder powers for themselves.[13][14]

- They can only use one Soul at a time, but they can instantly switch between them.
- They can only use up to 3 Beyonder powers from a particular Soul.[15]
- When Grazing a new Soul, a Shepherd will be able to choose which powers to acquire.
- They can still use their own Beyonder powers when using a Soul's Beyonder powers.[10]
- Beyonder powers that normally don't allow its user to move freely like a Nightmare's Nightmare State can be used without the Shepherd needing to stay still.
- Shepherds can't activate Grazing continuously which restricts passive abilities.
- They can Graze Saint-level Souls, however, doing so will greatly increase their risk of losing control.
- A Shepherd, upon full potion digestion, will be able to Graze up to 7 Souls.[15]
- Strengthened Abilities
- A Shepherd has further mastered abilities related to the Flesh and Blood Domain.

- While wearing Black Armor, they can grow up to 2-3 meters tall.[20]

- It can dissolve into a piece of darkness.
- It can cover things in stick blackness.
- It can induce Degeneration.
- A Shadow of Depravation can counter certain abilities:
- For instance, they can eject a Manipulator's Virtual Persona from their mind and turn it into a Shadow of Depravation, effectively canceling it's effects on their mind.
- If the Manipulator could not quickly resolve the Shadow of Depravation, those Depraved thoughts would turn them half-mad, even causing them to lose control.

- Authorities
- Evil Word: By using a person’s reply, "They" can extract a portion of the ambiguity or expand on it to create the effect of spirit language.[24]
- Applications on others include but are not limited to the following:

- When Klein said that he didn’t know where the owner of the city had gone, Angel of the Holy Word Steph extracted the words “I don’t know where I went,” trapping him and isolating him from the outside world.

- The True Creator planted a "seed" of Corruption in Klein that forced him to meet Sasrir in the Giant King's Court. This is partly due to mystic means, alterations in the mind, and Fate.
- Darkness: "His" own divine power can create uncountable monsters out of thin air in the Darkness who also possess the particularity of resurrection.
- The Forsaken Land of the Gods is cursed with the influence of the Ancient Sun God, spawning countless Corrupted monsters in the Darkness.[27]
