“ | It’s from a village named Hartlarkh. This Loenese word doesn’t have an archetype in ancient Feysac. Apparently, it was written like how it’s read. |

— Michele Deuth to Audrey Hall on Lord of Mysteries, Chapter 804 |
Hartlarkh Village is located in East Chester County, Loen Kingdom. It is known for its dragon-worshiping customs. The village features various buildings drawn with dragons.
History[]
Audrey Hall had been tasked with helping the Psychology Alchemists obtain a notebook related to the Twenty-Year War from Associate Professor Michele.[1]
Audrey had sought guidance from Mr. Fool and used magic mirror divination to uncover the notebook's origins. She learned it was closely tied to a village that worshiped dragons. Knowing that a mind dragon lurked within the sea of the collective subconscious, Audrey decided to hand over the notebook to the Psychology Alchemists, recognizing her limited Sequence and strength.[2]
Later, Audrey heard a tragedy from Michele that an archaeological team entered Hartlarkh Village to study the folk tradition of worshiping dragons, but at night, one of the members went mad. And this mental illness was apparently contagious. The entire archaeological team later went mad, killing themselves or each other. In the end, none of them survived. Audrey suspects that the archaeological team is composed of members of the Psychology Alchemists.[3]
Two years later, Audrey, as Miss Pride, took part in a Council meeting. During the discussion, Pauli Derlau brought up the mind dragon of Hartlarkh Village and requested someone to investigate. Audrey accepted the task.[4]
Later, Audrey and her brothers happened to pass near Hartlarkh Village, and she reasonably arranged for Hibbert and Alfred to leave the area. However, that night, she was drawn into a dream maze, where she encountered Ariehogg.[5]
