Hood Eugen was a mental patient of Greenhill Mental Asylum under the care of Dr. Daxter. He was a Beyonder of the Visionary Pathway and a member of the Psychology Alchemists. While Hood have a treatment at the asylum, he appears to be treating the patients as his Acting Method, he even invited Daxter to join the Psychology Alchemists.

Hood Eugen’s face was long and skinny. His eye sockets were deeply concave and his blond hair was disheveled.
History[]
Hood Eugen and Lanevus had known each other long ago, and they knew about their respective situations. Lanevus visited Hood at the asylum, he beguiled and used Hood to assist in his ritual. They tricked Megose, to become the vessel that would carry the True Creator’s spawn. Hood made Megose enter a semi-unconscious state and convinced her that the True Creator’s illusory projection was Lanevus. The ritual succeeded. Megose was pregnant with the True Creator’s spawn. While Hood was contaminated.[1]
Klein learned about Hood Eugen's abnormality through Daxter,[2] he reported it to Dunn Smith.[3] After he found some clues about Lanevus, Klein requested Dunn to let him talk with Hood via a mediumship ritual.[4]
When Klein communicates with his spirituality he saw a figure like the True Creator in his mind, then Hood lost control, and was killed by Dunn Smith.[5]
