Imre is a Purifier of the Inquisition of the Church of the Eternal Blazing Sun. He works in the Trier diocese department of the Inquisition.

Appearance

His light-yellow hair was neatly combed, skin-colored tape covered the bridge of his nose, and his lips were thick. A hint of a Southern Continent ancestry showed through his slightly brown skin.

History

Volume 2: Lightseeker

He was assigned with Valentine de Lacourt, Antoine and another individual to protect Hugues Artois. They later learn Hugues was a follower of the Boon givers.

Volume 3: Conspirer

He and Valentine became the paired observers over Jenna.

He was present when Angoulême announced that Guillaume Bénet’s dead body had been found at 50 Rue Vincent in Quartier de la princesse, during a meeting in the underground of Église Saint-Robert.

He and Valentine later met up with Jenna again and he comforted her about the Church letting Hugues Artois become a member of parliament. Jenna offered to help catch General Philip who was backing Artois.

He, Valentine and Angoulême later visited the Deep Valley Cloister. They discovered that someone had made off with the valuable items from there. Imre guessed that the entrustee’s companion must have sensed trouble and moved out. In their further investigation, they found evidence related to Albert Goncourt who was the mastermind behind Trier’s uprising six years ago and a leader of an anti-government military faction, Carbonari. After finding a door in the cellar, they used the key they obtained from Jenna to enter and discovered an altar related to the Circle of Inevitability.

After Angoulême became a deacon of the Trier diocese able to create a team under his direct command, he asked Imre to be a part of it. Imre accepted.
