Joyce Meyer is Anna's fiancé. Anna went to the Divination Club and became Klein's first customer, she asked Klein to divined about the situation of her fiancé who was lost contact.[1]

He was dressed in a formal black suit and a halved top hat. He held a gold-inlaid wooden cane and his short blond hair flared from the sides. His nose was aquiline like a hawk’s beak.
History[]
Joyce Meyer traveled to the Southern Continent for a business deal and was boarded on the Alfalfa to return from there.[2] Five days after the Alfalfa left Caesar Pier, they came across The King of the Five Seas and encountered the tragedy on the ship. He and other survival managed to escape and return to Tingen City safely with the help of Mr. Tris.[3]
Ever since the Alfalfa arrived at Enmat Harbor, Joyce had the same horrific dream every night. Under Ann's guidance, He went to the Divination Club and requests Klein to interpret his nightmare. Afterward, he went to the police station and reported Tris as a suspicious mastermind on the Alfafa.[4]
