Katy or Ma'am Katy was one of Capim's surveillants. She was a Sequence 7 Interrogator of the Justiciar Pathway.

She was wearing a brown bonnet, a thin white blouse, and suspenders, as well as leather boots that reached her knees. There were old scars on her face and a cruel smile at the corners of her mouth.
