Lockhart Siakam is Pallas Negan's secretary. He is a Sequence 5 Beyonder of the Black Emperor Pathway.
He is a member of the MI9 and the Twilight Hermit Order.
Appearance[]
He was a thin blond young man with delicate features, looking refined and reserved. His biggest flaw was his receding hairline which didn’t match his age. He wore the gold-rimmed glasses and white gloves.
History[]
As Pallas Negan's secretary, Lockhart keeps a close watch on Pallas's activities. When the Desire Apostle launched an attack, Lockhart immediately engaged in combat with them.[1]
Later, it was hinted that Lockhart has connections to the Twilight Hermit Order and secretly supplies them with information regarding Duke Negan's schedule.[2]
