Unborn Ancient Mother, True Void Homeland

— A saying in the Luo Sect
on Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 1089

The Luo Sect is a Western Continent sect which follows Daoism and believes in the Unborn Ancient Mother, another name of the Sefirah Brood Hive.

History[]

In the past, the Celestial Master's sect's ancestral court had once been breached and occupied by the Luo Sect, and many historical Celestial Masters had romantic entanglements with Luo Sect Holy Maidens and had children with them.

Based on the above event, and the fact that the True Void Homeland in the Luo Sect's saying refers to Paramita, there’s reason to believe the Knowledge Moor was once corrupted and influenced by the Brood Hive at some point in the past, causing the Hidden Sage to suddenly coming to life in the outside world in the Fourth Epoch.[1]

Moreover, under the influence of the Brood Hive, every Celestial Master since the first Celestial Master's integration with the Knowledge Moor must possess corresponding bloodlines and complete cultivation.[2]

After The Day of Many Disasters, the Mother Goddess of Depravity descended on Earth. For the next one year, "She" chased and finally caught the Brood Hive within the gray fog sealing the Western Continent. It is unknown what happened to the Luo Sect after this event, but they did not appear to assist with Lumian Lee's fight against the Malevolent Dragon, like the other Sefirot holders in the Western Continent.

Trivia[]

  • The sect in reality is a Chinese folk religious tradition called Luo Teaching, founded by Luo Menghong in the late 15th century and worships the Unborn Ancient Mother.
