MI9 is a special department of the Loen Kingdom's military. It is a division of official Beyonders, the hidden intelligence, and the secret service. They control the Justiciar and Black Emperor Pathways.

MI9 has a 'Paranormal Court' that specializes in Beyonder cases.[1] MI9 also uses this for their Beyonders of the Justiciar Pathway and the Black Emperor Pathway to act as Judges and Lawyers respectively.[2]
Headquarters[]
Their main office is in Backlund. It is located at Bellotto Street in West Borough. It is a small three-story building that looks inconspicuous. The door has a '9' sign on it.
The core of the office building is underground, while the top is mainly filled with civilian personnel. The underground environment is bad, the atmosphere is oppressive and accidents may occur at any time due to the failure to watch over Sealed Artifacts.
