An old custom has been revived, and a group of heathens with dirty blood running through their veins are beginning to offer live sacrifices and are consuming their flesh and blood.

— Millet
on Lord of Mysteries, Chapter 510

Millet was a bishop of the Church of the Lord of Storms at the Bansy Harbor and a Sequence 6 Wind-blessed.

Appearance[]

The middle-aged man wore a dark blue bishop robe embroidered with the symbol of the storm. His head was bowed and his face was pale. He was wheezing as he staggered while walking.

History[]

He betrayed the Church of the Lord of Storms and became a believer of the God of Weather native to Bansy Harbor.[1]

Priest Jayce discovered the revival of ancient customs in Bansy Harbor, indicating the presence of heretics. He reported this to Bishop Millet, unaware that Millet was the leader of the heretics.

Millet killed Jayce with wind blade in the cathedral. He tried to dispose of the body but was discovered by servants, leading to chaos. Some servants turned into monsters, others hid underground with priests. Millet fled the cathedral with heretics to the mountaintop altar. Mandated Punishers retrieved Sealed Artifacts and battled the heretics, with Millet escaping and the heretics defending the overrun altar.[2]

Eventually, Millet encounter Elland and Gehrman's group, leading to a confrontation in which Millet was killed.[1]
