Earl Mistral is a Sanguine Earl who was partnered with Ernes Boyar to test the powerful backer, the Tarot Club, behind Emlyn White.[1]
Later, through Emlyn as a middle man, Mistral and sanguine members cooperative with Sharron and Maric to deal with the key members of the Rose School of Thought in Backlund.[2]

A man was thin, tall, and upright. He had light-colored hair that was nearly silver in color. His eyes were bright red like blood as though blood was hidden within.
