Murloc Cufflink is a Sealed Artifact. Its abilities resemble the Sequence 9, Sailor of the Tyrant Pathway.

It looks like a blue cufflink.
History[]
Klein paid an artisan to craft the Murloc Cufflink for him using one of the main ingredients for the Sailor potion given by Elland Kag.[1][2]
Later it was lost on the Black Tulip while fighting Admiral of Hell.[3] Therefore, Klein used it to lock onto the Black Tulip’s location. After it was recovered,[4] Klein sold it to Audrey Hall for 500 pounds.[5]

It provides a layer of illusory scale hidden under the skin, making it difficult for the user to be caught like a fish and helping him resist some damage. With it, the wearer can dive at least 15 meters without protection and move for 10 minutes freely while underwater.
Downside[]
The wearer will be more tired than normal in hot or dry places.
