Naboredisley is an alias of the Devil Monarch Farbauti.
"His" corpse in the ancient tomb inside Tizamo Town's Dream Festival contains a Sequence 1 Abomination Beyonder characteristic. "His" corpse was used to bestow the Chained Pathway Boons to Hisoka and Cali.[1][2][3]
Appearance[]
All of "His" identities have icy-blue eyes.
In Hanth Island:
Main Body: A crimson/blood-colored, colossal figure that resembles a small mountain submerged in pitch-black, viscous sewage.[4]
Soul Fragments: "They" take on a human form that can age; "They" all have a pair of bloodshot, ice-blue eyes filled with pain.[5]
Abomination Corpse: The figure was covered in gold, with long limbs and a Death Mask streaked with white and black paint. It has a pair of cold, icy-blue eyes. In the icy blue eyes is a smile of playfulness, understanding, and certainty.[1]
Background[]
As per the content of the book "A Summary of Rumors and Hearsay Before the Cataclysm" in the New City of Silver's library, the name Naboredisley was mentioned:
“After the Devil Monarch Farbauti led the Devils back to the Abyss, occasional rumors persisted of Demons enticing humans.
“The Demons operated under the following names:
“Beelbubli, Almos, Samael, Lilatan, and Naboredisley.
“A high-ranking Demon Hunter speculated that these names conceal the aliases of Devil Monarch Farbauti…

History[]
Lumian Lee received a commission from Captain Pedro to investigate on Flores, his daughter's fiancé.[6]
After thorough investigation and with the assistance of Franca, Lumian set up a trap and discovered Flores reciting what he believed to be a love incantation. This was Lumian's first encounter with Naboredisley.[7] The self-proclaimed demon possessed Flores's body and introduced itself as "Naboredisley," offering a deal. It requested Lumian and Franca to kill a demon's descendant on Hanth Island. However, Lumian and Franca deceive it by use Magic Mirror Divination and prayed to The Fool to exorcise it.[8]
Lumian decided to investigate the Demon’s legend on Hanth Island and seize an opportunity to fully digest the Conspirer potion.[9]
In Hanth Island, Lumian discovered a blood-colored demon corpse deep in the forest submerged in pitch-black, viscous sewage, it sank gradually, only to be yanked upward by the ice-blue eyed demon, prevent its descent into pitch-black, viscous sewage.[4] Lumian also uncovered the existence of numerous demons bearing the name Naboredisley, all originating from the Port Hanth Cloister.[5]
Lumian theorized that these multiple Naboredisleys were manifestations of a single soul partitioned by the Church of the Earth Mother, Splitting the soul acted as a shield for the ice-blue demon, the untainted segment of the blood-colored demon’s soul, preventing corruption from the power of the pitch-black sewage. The forest sealing off the mysterious valley, pitch-black sewage, and the blood-colored demon displayed characteristics of rebirth, growth, depravity, death, and rebirth again. The church aided in concealing these Naboredisleys, granting new identities and legal origins, enabling them to utilize the cycle of rebirth, growth, aging, death, and rebirth again to resist the corruption spreading from their true bodies. Simultaneously, relying on the existence of the healthy parts prevented the blood-colored demon from sinking entirely. Aging soul fragments are inherently more vulnerable to corruption from the main body, and newborns are the healthiest.[10]
In Tizamo Town, Madam Magician later confirmed that Naboredisley was the Ancient God Farbauti's leftover Abomination corpse, sealed in the ancient black tomb inside the Dream Festival.[11] While Hisoka intended to obtain Naboredisley's corpse for himself, his plan failed. Naboredisley woke up and took the initiative to return to the dream tomb, remaining in a dead state.[12] Madam Magician believed that Lumian's encounter with Naboredisley was orchestrated by the Visionary. "His" goal was to send information to Naboredisley in the dream ancient tomb, allowing it to remain asleep and be a corpse instead of being resurrected. Simultaneously, this also prevented various factions from attempting to obtain the Sequence 1 Beyonder characteristic.[11]
“ | This is a very rational choice for Him. Furthermore, I must say it’s a good death. Continue in this dead state until after the apocalypse! |

— Madam Magician's letter on Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 697 |
Naboredisley, or the Devil Monarch Farbauti, is in a terrible state. As an Abomination, "His" demise is more suitable than "Him" living. It's better for both "Him" and this world.
Madam Magician also speculated that it was highly likely that the one who helped bury Naboredisley’s corpse and construct the dream grave was Death. After Death went mad, perhaps "He" interacted with the Underworld Daoist. For some reason, the Underworld Daoist agreed to cause Naboredisley's corpse to slumber in a special dream. This will allow "His" corpse to enjoy peace and tranquility, safe from the Mother Tree of Desire's harassment.[11]
In The Day of Many Disasters, because the Primordial God Almighty nearly resurrected, the Devil Monarch Farbauti experienced the revival of the malicious consciousness and frenzied spirit of the Primordial God Almighty within "Him". To a certain extent, it balanced the corruption of the Mother Tree of Desire, allowing "Him" to regain a semblance of peace. However, since the revival of the Primordial God Almighty was short-lived, with "His" consciousness retreating to the Chaos Sea. "He" left only "His" malicious spirit, preventing a true balance. Farbauti remained unable to fully escape the control of the Mother Tree of Desire. However, "His" condition had relatively improved—"He" no longer relied on Lilith's aid.[13]
Naboredisley and Lumian Lee had agreed to collaborate. The plan was that, when Lumian next performs a deep secret deed and projects his spirit and consciousness into the City of Calamity, he would take Farbauti's mental imprint with him. This will help Farbauti establish a preliminary connection with the Tenebrous World. This is possible because the Primordial God Almighty had once accommodated both the City of Calamity and the Tenebrous World, so the two Sefirot had mutually corrupted each other. Through the Tenebrous World's corruption within the City of Calamity, Farbauti can establish an initial connection. This would also benefit Lumian since Farbauti's mental imprint, fused with the Tenebrous World's corruption, would mitigate related risks when Lumian accommodate the City of Calamity, reducing potential dangers to some extent. If this plan succeeds, Naboredisley's sealed Abomination avatar will die, and Lumian may claim its resulting Beyonder characteristic as his own.[13]
Farbauti later let his Abomination avatar die and gave the Beyonder Characteristic to Lumian Lee.[14]
