Chaos gave birth to order, and order came with its own shadow.

The Fool
On Lord of Mysteries, Chapter 1321

The Nation of Disorder (失序之国, Country of Disorder, Shīxù Zhī Guó) is one of the nine Sefirot on Earth. It corresponds to the Above the Sequence The Anarchy.

Appearance[]

Deep within a swirling smoke seemed to be hidden thirty-three layers of sky, each layer with numerous buildings faintly visible. At the highest layer of sky was a majestic and grand palace.

There stood an incredibly enormous imperial figure. The figure’s face was masked by strings of jade attached to a tall oriental crown, and beneath the jade strings seemed to be nothing, a void. Behind Him were several similar imperial figures, each with different external appearances, but similarly with faces covered in jade strings, lacking faces, a complete void.

When the imperial figure heeded Roselle Gustav's request, all thirty-three layers of the sky deep within the haze lit up with an azure light, revealing magnificent buildings and sacred figures.[1]

History[]

When the Original Creator split into pieces, some part of the Son of Chaos's Sefirah was torn from "Him" and went to Earth, self-completing into the Nation of Disorder. The main consciousness of the Son of Chaos became the Genie.[2][3]

During the early-mid stages of the First Epoch, the Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth for Blessings either defeated or deceived the Genie and sealed "Him" into the Magic Wishing Lamp, before accommodating the Nation of Disorder. This left "His" consciousness and psyche in the Sefirah after "His" death.[3][4]

After the Primordial God Almighty and the Celestial Worthy of Heaven and Earth for Blessings's death at the hands of each other, the Nation of Disorder was sealed in the Western Continent by the Celestial Worthy along with 6 other Sefirot.[5] After the fusion and influence of generations of Dao Integrators in the Western Continent, the consciousness of the Nation of Disorder came alive as the Celestial Thearch.[6]

As time went by, the seal of the Western Continent gradually weakened. The Sefirot would instinctively or consciously corrode the Uniqueness and High-Sequence Beyonder Characteristics within their symbolic range to influence the outside world. In the Fourth Epoch, traces of more Sefirot began to appear in the outside world. This is an important factor hidden behind many of the anomalies in this era.[5] The Nation of Disorder was able to corrupt the Uniqueness of the Justiciar Pathway - the Trunsoest Brass Book,[7] after Trunsoest failed to shatter the Magic Wishing Lamp.[8]

Imperial brother, please lend me your strength!

Roselle Gustav to the unnamed Emperor
On Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 883

During Project Vortex in 1359, using the Magic Wishing Lamp and the Genie inside it as a medium, a gap in the grayish-white fog that sealed the Sefirah was temporarily opened by Amon, allowing Black Emperor Roselle Gustav to gain temporary access to the Nation of Disorder and meet the Celestial Thearch.[1]

In The Apocalypse, when the fight against the Outer Deities first started, Klein Moretti, Adam, and Bernadette Gustav sent the Black Emperor Symbol2 Black Emperor and Justiciar Symbol2 Justiciar Uniquenesses and 1 Sequence 1 characteristic each to the Celestial Thearch. Since the Nation of Disorder's consciousness was interwoven with too many external spirits, even with all the components, it could not undergo a fundamental transformation, and might take decades or centuries for a new, unified consciousness to emerge, enabling The Anarchy to truly manifest in reality. As a result, the Nation of Disorder could only be enhanced to a state close to that of a Great Old One, allowing it to play a role in the battle against the Outer Deities.[6]

After The Apocalypse concluded, when discussing the prospect of creating new Great Old Ones on Earth, Klein mentioned that after decades, the consciousnesses within the Nation of Disorder should have fully merged and unified, possibly birthing a new Great Old Dominator. If not, they must find a way to resurrect Roselle ahead of time, though that was difficult and would only give them limited extra time.[9]
