Noelia is a combat nun of the Fertility Order, a Beyonder enforcement division of the Church of the Earth Mother.
Appearance[]
She has naturally curly, thick black hair, most of which is neatly tucked into a black hat with white patterns. Her bright and lively light-blue eyes, along with her thick eyebrows, bestows upon her a unique and captivating charm.
History[]
At Port Santa, she made contact with the adventurer Louis Berry who had recently arrived there, and gave him some general instructions to follow.[1]
Later, she assisted Louis Berry in his investigations of the Fisheries Guild and the Sea Prayer Ritual.

- She considers Louis Berry a "true man" and has made moves on him more than once.
