Omebella is a name shrouded in the fog of history. It carries a potent symbolic meaning in mysticism...

Madam Magician's Letter
on Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 612

The Goddess of Harvest Omebella was the Giant Queen, wife and Subsidiary Goddess of the Giant King Aurmir. "She" was an Angel of the Mother Pathway and a simultaneous same pathway Boon Recipient.[1] "She" died at the end of the Second Epoch, but had "Her" identity secretly taken by Lilith. "Her" corpse became a Grade 0 Sealed Artifact, the Gift of the Land, which is owned by the City of Silver.

Appearance[]

A lady with long dark brown hair. "She" was a female giant. In a painting "She" is depicted wearing a long leather skirt, holding a wheat head and fruits and surrounded by fields ready to be harvested, clear lake waters, fruit-bearing trees, and bright mushrooms.[2]

History[]

Lord of Mysteries[]

According to the records left by Sanguines, the City of Silver which was once named Kingdom of Silver once believed in "Her" instead of "Her" husband, the Giant King.[3]

In the Second Epoch, the Goddess of Harvest and "Her" son, God of Dawn Badheil, were sent by Aurmir to cooperate with some secret cult that came out of the human race to deal with Elf King Soniathrym and Queen of Calamity Cohinem.[4]

Omebella was rumored to have perished at the end of the Second Epoch. However, because there was no corpse or relics left by "Her", it was impossible to verify it.[5] Later, many people and Gods believe that "She" became the Earth Mother while in truth it was Lilith that secretly taken "Her" identity and became the Earth Mother. Even "Her" son, the God of Combat Badheil, did not realize it. "Her" relic was left in the City of Silver and became one of the secrets there.

Klein guessed that the Ancient Sun God with "His" Error Pathway abilities and Evernight Goddess with "Her" Concealment abilities might be involved in Omebella's death and Lilith's replacement.

Circle of Inevitability[]

According to the Giant King's Court's words of praise for the Giant Queen Omebella. What caught attention most was one sentence: "The noble Queen used "Her" maternal nature to help the great King calm "His" emotions…"

According to the City of Silver's records, the Giant Queen Omebella had descended to their city multiple times, displaying two images.

One image corresponded to light and goodness, with "the harvest's grace, life's precious embrace" as the core of faith, viewing the people of the City of Silver as "Her" own children, always ensuring bountiful harvests, abundant reproduction of livestock and poultry, and rapid population growth. This was the main reason why the people of City of Silver rarely suffered innocent slaughter and did not lack food.

The other would bring desolation and death. At that time, all the people of Certain Death knew phrases like "extreme harvest is inevitably accompanied by extreme desolation", "only life can quell the land's wrath", "death, like new life, is a common and beautiful thing, not to be feared", "we have accepted the land's gifts, so we must pay the corresponding price". If Omebella descended in this form, "She" would inevitably demand bloody sacrifices, with large numbers of humans as offerings. Even if the people of the City of Silver did these things, sacrificing their own relatives, they would sometimes still suffer famines lasting up to a year—if they didn't do so, the famine might last three to five years.

On a night without the crimson moon, the Giant Queen Omebella appeared outside the City of Silver. "She" was in poor condition. "She" asked the believers of the City of Silver to perform a ritual, sacrificing half of their people to help "Her" replenish "Her" life force. That night, Omebella finally died at the hands of the betraying believers of the City of Silver.[6]

Madam Magician suspected that the Goddess of Harvest Omebella had "Her" identity and destiny stolen by a high-ranking member of the Error Pathway. It was unknown how the ancestors of the City of Silver knew it was Omebella's body and "Her" true identity while the "Steal" effect was still present. According to the City of Silver's records, the Goddess of Harvest walked to the City of Silver on "Her" own. "Her" body contains no Beyonder characteristics.[7]

"Her" name "Omebella" was mentioned as the true name of the Child of God by the believer of the Great Mother.[8] Lumian later ate the remaining umbilical cord of the Child of God and gained the Great Mother's bloodline.[9]

My child, Omebella, where are you?

During Lumian's trip to the Underworld, he heard a mournful cry for Omebella within Phoenix Ancestor Gregrace’s egg.[10]

”She” also has a connection with Abscessed Hand.

Zedus…

Omebella
on Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 892

It is later revealed that "She" and "Her" twin brother Zedus were born from the union between the Primordial God Almighty and the Brood Hive in the mid-First Epoch. "They" were Sequence 2 Boon Recipients of the Mother Pathway and Moon Pathway respectively from the Brood Hive.[11][12]

On The Day of Many Disasters, "She" was successfully reborn in accordance to the plot of the Primordial God Almighty and Mother Goddess of Depravity. "Her" birth destabilized the Eternal Blazing Sun's condition, and cause the Primordial God Almighty to almost awaken in "Him", before "He" is killed by the Evernight Goddess. Furthermore, Omebella's birth also worsen the Earth Mother's condition since "She" had once stolen Omebella's fate in the past. After being forcefully fused with the Moon Pathway Uniqueness because of this, the Earth Mother was put to sleep by the Evernight Goddess.

When The Apocalypse began, Lumian destroyed both the Gift of the Land and Lilith to symbolically killed Omebella, who is the link between the Mother Goddess of Depravity and the Brood Hive.[13] Because of this, the Brood Hive, whose dissipating consciousness had been rekindled by intense hatred and mystical stimulation, reassembled and became active once more, delaying the complete fusion between "It" and the Mother Goddess of Depravity.[14]
