Peacock is a Sequence 4 Earl of the Fallen of the Black Emperor Pathway. He was formerly a Senior Deacon in the Church of the Eternal Blazing Sun.

He has black hair and brown eyes, an authoritative presence, and neatly trimmed moustache.
History[]
He was a Senior Deacon of the Purifiers and one of the heads of the Inquisition in charge of the surrounding areas of Trier, essentially the entire Trier district except for Trier itself.
He had collaborated secretly with April Fool's and assisted in breaking out the Sealed Artifact 1-147. The Overseer informed him immediately that she was compromised. Peacock used a wax figure as his substitute to act for days, while he hid his real body elsewhere. He fled after being caught by Saint Viève and Plessy Descartes.[1]
