Qonas Kilgor was a Brigadier General and Deputy Director of MI9. He claimed to be a Sequence 5, however, he had secretly advanced to Sequence 4 of the Black Emperor Pathway with the assistance of the Augustus Family.

Appearance

He had thick, but unmessy black brows, with a short and hard crew-cut of the same color. This hairstyle was seldom seen among members of Loen high society. He had dark blue eyes and a high nose bridge with a bushy mustache spreading out from his mouth. He had a long face with accentuated outlines as well as callous curves. His physique was burly and fit for a middle-aged man.

He had strong masculine vibes and was probably in his thirties or forties. It was difficult to determine.

The man was between 1.85 and 1.9 meters tall. He had rather long arms, and his feet were faced outwards to a certain degree. His shoulders were abnormally broad, causing his black suit to appear rather tight.

Personality

Qonas Kilgor didn’t enjoy holding banquets, balls, or saloons at his place. Neither did he accept invitations on such matters. He had very simple hobbies:

History

Qonas was the hidden demigod who appeared on Crazy Captain Connors Viktor's Single-eyed Skull ship. To hide the human trafficking, he sacrificed Connors Viktor and his crew, and escaped before Jahn Kottman arrived.

Klein, in the identity of Dwayne Dantès, found Qonas at the East Balam Military Veterans Mess in Backlund. He discovered his name through Arrodes.

Qonas met Dwayne Dantès at the East Balam Military Veterans Mess, and played cards in a group of four. He was one of the targets for Klein’s return to Backlund. He was the middleman in the dealings between the Demoness Sect and a particular faction of the Augustus royal family. He was one of the accomplices of the Great Smog of Backlund.

Qonas introduced the Maygur Manor to Dwayne Dantès, which seemed to have a hidden purpose.

Qonas was followed by Framis Cage at Dwayne's welcome hunting party for the manor. Later, with the help of Arianna, Klein finally succeeded and turned Qonas into one of his marionettes and obtained the information that confirmed George Augustus III cooperated with the Demoness Sect and the Psychology Alchemists. He secretly sent people to excavate the remaining mausoleums of Blood Emperor.
