Randall Valentinus is a Cardinal of the Church of the Lord of Storms, and the new archbishop of the Holy Wind Cathedral in the Backlund diocese. He is a demigod of the Tyrant Pathway. His title is 'Deep Blue Officiant'.
Appearance[]
A middle-aged man with a domineering demeanor. His dark blue hair was thick, and he had large earlobes. His eyes seemed to constantly hide lightning and storms within them.
History[]
Volume 4: Undying[]
He witnessed the aftermath of Klein’s fight with Lewis Wein. Klein had already escaped by the time Randall arrived.[1]
Volume 5: Red Priest[]
With Arianna and Horamick Haydn, he inspected the ruins of the Blood Emperor but couldn't find anything to compromise the Augustus Family.[2] It is likely that the ruin they inspected was envisioned.[3]
Volume 6: Lightseeker[]
Randall Valentinus, Celt, Anthony, and Horamick witnessed the aftermath of the Tarot Club’s fight against Botis and noticed the Hermit card left behind by Cattleya.[4]
The four of them later held a meeting at the Saint Samuel Cathedral along with members of the Machinery Hivemind, Mandated Punishers and the MI9 to discuss about the secret organization that used tarot cards as their code names, and had a discussion led by Leonard Mitchell.[5]
