Steve is a member of the Rose School of Thought and a Sequence 5 Wraith of the Chained Pathway. He and his companions came to Backlund, attempting to hunt Sharron and Maric.
Appearance[]
A black tuxedo, a dark red cloak, a head of hair slathered with oil, a pair of dark green eyes, and the pale face of a man in his forties.

History[]
Steve and his companions Jason and Tyre came to Backlund to hunt Sharron and Maric. They kept their eye on Bravehearts Bar, and deliberately sought out a gang to suppress Kaspars so as to force Sharron and Maric into a trap.[1]
Meanwhile Sharron and Maric sought Sherlock Moriarty's help to eliminate Steve, Jason and Tyre.[2] The remaining spoils of war and the Book of Secrets would be Klein's payment.[3]
After Klein's preparation, they starting their plan. Steve was heavily injured as his Scarlet Lunar Corona was snatched by Sharron. In the end, he was possessed by Sharron to kill himself, and his body was torn to pieces from the fireworks prepared by Klein.[4]
After his death, his Beyonder characteristic was given to Maric.
