The Twilight Giant Pathway has traditional warrior abilities, both offensive and defensive. They possess extreme strength, can easily master all weapons, physically resist supernatural powers, conjure powerful Dawn light-based weapons and armor, harm evil spirits, take damage for others, and enter an almost unbreakable defensive stance.

At High-Sequences, they can mix powerful concoctions for enhancements, and healing, or apply various effects, conceal their intentions, physically become mercurial liquefaction, identify weaknesses in others, and bend light to hide their presence. At Sequence 2, "They" can use the "Twilight" evolved from "Dawn". "Their" authorities represent Twilight, Decay and Glory. The symbolisms are Decay and the Passage of Time, with passive influence over the three worlds Physical, Spirit and Astral.[3]

This Pathway at Sequence 0 is also called the Giant or the Twilight.[4]

Beyonders of this pathway become drastically taller from Sequence 6, and this trait can be passed on to their descendants. That's why the descendants of Giants are taller than average humans. Such a trait is a stereotype amongst the Standard Pathways.[5][6] Having a giant's bloodline doesn't necessarily mean that they have giant blood flowing in them. Instead, it referred to a physical characteristic that was inherited by descendants thanks to the ancestral consumption of the pathway's potion. Tall stature is one of its manifestations.[7]

The title of Above the Sequence of the Twilight Giant Pathway is Eternal Darkness, and the corresponding Sefirah is the River of Eternal Darkness. This Pathway is adjacent to the Death and Darkness Pathways.

In addition, because of the hidden Fourth Pillar, this Pathway is exchangeable to the Red Priest and Demoness Pathways at Sequence 4, but in that case, there’s no way to become a Great Old One, unless one separated the Beyonder characteristics from before.[8]

The corresponding tarot card of the Twilight Giant Pathway is Strength.[11]

Strength (XI or VIII), historically called Fortitude, is a Major Arcana Tarot card, and is numbered either XI or VIII, depending on the deck, with the Cards of Blasphemy following the Rider–Waite Tarot (No.VIII). Strength predicts the triumphant conclusion to a major life problem, situation or temptation through strength of character. It is a very happy card if you are fighting illness or recovering from injury.[12]

According to the author, Willpower to overcome difficulties is "Strength".[11]

A one-eyed giant, known as a Cyclops, with black and blue skin and inhuman sense musculature.

Notes[]

  1. While the English translation of Sequence 6 is Dawn Paladin (黎明骑士), the literal translation from Chinese should be Dawn Knight, similar to Sequence 3: Silver Knight (银骑士).
