“There are some things that make it easier to be ‘infected’ the more you know.”
This article contains MAJOR SPOILERS relating to some of the most pivotal parts of the "Circle of Inevitability".

To you, member of the mighty Sauron family, the great Vermonda Champagne Sauron.

Poufer Sauron during the game of King's Pie
on Circle of Inevitability, Chapter 341

Vermonda Sauron was a member of the Sauron Family. "He" held the title of the First Count Ardennen and the Twenty-seventh Count of Champagne. "He" was a Sequence 1 Conqueror of the Red Priest Pathway.

Appearance[]

Out of Control Calamity Giant Form:

A colossal, blurry giant shrouded in storms, lightning, flames, and smoke, standing dozens of meters tall.

The figure resembled a horrifying charred giant, its once-fleshy exterior now absent. The charred metal skeleton, engulfed in blazing purple flames, formed what seemed like an intact body, but cracks riddled its structure. Continuously emanating illusory symbols—lightning, hail, fog—the majestic purple flames and the iron-black metal skeleton held inscrutable knowledge, representing countless real phenomena. Blood-hued, magma-like pus oozed from the cracks, transforming into black purple flames and various weather phenomena midair.[2]

Within the iron-black skull and amidst the purple flames, a distorted face of pain intermittently flickered. The face bore some resemblance to Poufer, except its eyes, weathered and blood-black, which were deathly still and vacant.

History[]

Vermonda Sauron was a Sequence 1 angel of the Sauron Family. Two hundred years ago, "He" went mad and entered Fourth Epoch Trier. The Sauron Family's bloodline curse began with this incident. The hearts of the Sauron Family's core members were often extracted through a unique ritual and used to suppress "Him". The entire underground maze of Red Swan Castle was linked to perilous Sealed Artifacts, designed to limit Vermonda Sauron's movements to the greatest extent.[3]

Volume 3: Conspirer[]

In the mid-14th century of the Fifth Epoch, Vermonda Sauron was killed in Fourth Epoch Trier by the Red Angel Medici to acquire "His" Sequence 1 Conqueror Beyonder Characteristic. "His" death freed the Sauron Family from their bloodline curse.[4]
