Klein considered buying it from an Artisan during Eye of Wisdom's Beyonder gathering in Backlund for Derrick Berg, but decided the Axe of Hurricane was better for him.[1]
Powers & Abilities[]
It can constantly create formless restraints, influencing your opponent bit by bit, slowing down their actions gradually. The longer you last in battle, the more effective it would be.
