Windsor Behring is a believer of the Primordial Moon and a Beyonder of the Moon Pathway.

A lady with a rather curved outline and dark skin. Her brows were thin and the corners of her mouth drooped significantly.[1]
History[]
Windsor Behring was on a list Primordial Moon believers to be hunted down issued by the Sanguine.[2][3]
During a Beyonder Gathering, she bought an item related to the Primordial Moon, the Moon Puppet. This was actually bait laid by a Sanguine, Rus Báthory, to find his targets.[4]
Fors Wall, who had also participated in that gathering realized Windsor's identity from the information Emlyn White had previously shared in the Tarot Club. After receiving this information from Fors, Emlyn realized Rus Báthory's ploy and decided to follow him and steal the target.[5]
By tracking the Moon Puppet, Rus Báthory found and fought Windsor, but was severely injured. Emlyn White, who had been secretly following Rus, suddenly emerged and finished off Windsor.[1]

- Windsor is at least a Sequence 7 Vampire according to Klein Moretti.[3] She is likely to be a Potions Professor as she had heavily injured Rus Báthory, a Potions Professor.
