It has the appearance of a transparent, nearly invisible triangular blade.
History[]
Purchased by Xio from Ma’am Hermit for 500 pounds. It was made by an Artisan from the Dust and Remnant Spirituality of Ancient Wraiths.[1]
It is given to Franca Roland as a reward.[2]

Anyone who gets hit by this blade, even if it is only a gentle touch, would be frozen stiff. Even their thoughts could not be controlled, as if they were possessed by a wraith. At the same time, once the battle continues, even if the enemy does not have direct contact with the Wintry Blade, their thought would become sluggish and their movement would be rigid and dull.
Downside[]
The user would be losing body temperature slowly, and transform into undead. Once the time limit is exceeded (3 or 4 hours) and the process is irreversible.
This process could be countered by doing an activity that generates body heat.
