Word of the Sea is a Sealed Artifact that has many weather-related abilities. It has various abilities from Sequences 7, 6, 5 of the Tyrant Pathway.

History[]
Klein gave a main material corresponding to Sequence 5, Ocean Songster to Alger Wilson who asked Cielf to turn it into a sealed artifact.
Later he sold it to Leonard Mitchell. Leonard, with the help of Pallez Zoroast, sealed this artifact by parasiting it with Worm of Time and turning it into a very obedient sealed artifact.[1]

It can release lightning at a target.
Waving it and striking it will cause it to be augmented with wind blades.
It can create large water spheres and corrosive rainwater.
It can also allow the wielder to not be afraid of deep-sea pressure. They can freely extract oxygen from the water. At the same time, it can also be used as a wand to provide flight.
Downside[]
It likes to sing songs every six hours. Because the style of the song is different, sometimes it is addictive and sometimes shocking. This can irritate people who hear it and decrease reasoning capabilities.
